Pet Policy
Sunset View Resort charges a non-refundable pet fee of $15.00 plus tax per pet. This fee is to cover the additional cleaning that is necessary when a room has been occupied by your pet.
We have reserved our 1st floor rooms for accommodating pets. This allows for easy access to our grounds for those frequent trips outside with your furry friend.
While we do consider our resort facility to be 'pet friendly', we have established a few policies to create a more friendly environment for all of our guests.
1. Pets must be on a leash at all times, when not in vehicle or in a room.
2. Please do not leave your pet(s) alone in the room or the vehicle.
Remember, your pet is in an unfamiliar environment and may become anxious or bark excessively.
In consideration of our other guests, we ask each pet owner to follow this policy.
3. Please pick up after your pet after he/she has taken a 'potty' break. Pet urine tends to destroy grass
and plantlife. We have provided a 'pet trail' that is located at the southwest corner of the three story
building. Our landscaping staff works hard to maintain our grounds and appreciates you!
