Minimum Stay Periods 2007
The list below reflects the time periods where we require a minimum stay of 2 or 3 nights.
Minimum stay requirements are common in the hospitality industry. This requirement is only implemented during the dates when we project to have an occupancy rate of 80% or more.
It is important to note that this list may change at any time should we deem it necessary to do so. However, existing reservations will not be subject to this change.
Please be aware of the minimum stay periods when you are making your reservation.

July Weekends - 2 Day Minimum
August Weekends - 2 Day Minimum
Labor Day Weekend - ( August 31st - Sept. 3rd) 2 Day Minimum
Rod Run Weekend - (September 6th - 9th) 2 Day Minimum
Thanksgiving Holiday - 2 Day Minimum
New Years Eve - 2 Day Minimum
